Shipping policy

Orders received before 2 pm will be processed and dispatched the same day (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).

‘Special Delivery’ and ‘Saturday Guaranteed’ orders must also be received before 2 pm and will be subject to the same exclusions as above (please do not place your order after 2 pm and expect it the next day).

Standard orders are sent by ‘Royal Mail 2nd Class and as such, you should usually receive your order within 3 working days. During certain times of the year, your order may take a little longer and we ask that you wait up to 5 working days before contacting us.

If you require urgent delivery, please use the 'Special Delivery' option when placing your order and we recommend that you also use this option for orders over £50 in value.

For Damaged items please contact us and send us a picture of the damaged item as proof within 7 days.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Orders received after 2 pm will usually be dispatched the following working day, regardless of the delivery option chosen.

Items sent by ‘Special Delivery’ will always require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that someone will be available to take the order.

All orders within the UK are sent out using the Royal Mail unless requested otherwise.
