Returns and Exchanges

We promise to give you the highest quality products at the most affordable prices. We also make sure that every item we ship out is inspected for quality assurance.

You have a legal right to return goods for a refund. We need to be advised of your desire to return the item within 14 days of purchase and the item needs to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you have simply changed your mind then you are responsible for the return costs and we would recommend that you obtain proof of postage and tracking details.

If we have sent you the wrong item or it is not as described or damaged then we are responsible for the return costs. Please email admin@gifts4guys.co.uk in the first instance so that we can work together for a resolution. We need you to be more than satisfied!

If we have sent out the wrong item (proof of incorrect item must be sent to us within 2 days of receiving your parcel), then we will cover the cost of the return and send out a replacement.

PLEASE NOTE : other than damaged items – all returns need to include complete packaging, instructions and be unused and as new. Items that are without their packaging or have components missing will be subject to a charge.
